Copyright in the Digital Workspace

The Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) has released a 12-page report entitled "Copyright in the Digital Workspace: Content Use and Attitudes Toward Copyright in Corporate America" (PDF). The report, based on a study of 30,000 corporate employees shows widespread reuse of content across organizations. The report also describes employees' awareness of copyright and their practices, and ends a survey and suggestions for understanding an organization's risk.
