Picky, picky

They'll probably fix it before long, but I spotted this typo in an article in the NY Times this morning. I wonder how it got past the editor? They spelled it correctly in the previous paragraph.

While Mr. Pinkard said he seldom shared the ring tones with friends, such a reuse of commercially recorded and protected material is a copywrite infringement, Mr. Railo said.
