Guidelines For Web Pages

A story in the Washingon Post describes an initiative by the Department of Health and Human Services to write a set of 187 guidelines for setting up informational webpages for use by the public. These guidelines will help viewers negotiate the webpage effectively, and cut down on some of the clutter.
